Lead and manage the ALTA/NSPS Land Title SurveysPlan, organize, and execute field survey operations across multiple statesOperate and maintain survey equipment (GPS, robotic total stations, data collectors, etc.)Interpret project requirements, plats, deeds, and legal descriptionsEnsure accuracy, completeness, and quality of field data collectionCommunicate effectively with project managers, office staff, and clients as neededMaintain daily field notes, reports, and documentationTravel extensively (multi-state travel required, often weekly)QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EXPERIENCE3+ years of experience as a Survey Crew ChiefStrong experience with ALTA/NSPS Land Title SurveysProficiency with modern survey equipment and softwareAbility to read and interpret survey plans, title commitments, and legal documentsStrong leadership and crew management skillsWillingness and ability to travel frequently (up to 75–100%)Valid driver's license and clean driving recordCST certification or equivalent a plusExperience working across multiple states or regions a plusKnowledge of state-specific survey requirements in TX, LA, OK, AR, MS, and AL a plus.
