The Engineering Project Manager is a skilled and experienced professional who will manage the implementation and enforcement of Section 23-35 (Utility Permits) of City Ordinance Chapter 23 (Streets, Sidewalks and Public Places), relating to planning, construction and oversight of utility projects. Manage and execute capital and maintenance infrastructure projects, including but not limited to, transportation, road/sidewalk projects, sewer, stormwater, flood management, bridges, dams and other municipal infrastructure.
