You will get hands-on technical trainings led by our own surveyors and engineers, non-technical trainings covering professional skills like networking and organization, a mentor who checks in with you regularly throughout the summer, and office hours, dedicated time each week to sit down one-on-one with CAGE leaders, all while working on real projects that matter to our clients.
