This role includes overseeing Quality Control/Quality Assurance on all projects, managing survey deliverables, and conducting thorough boundary, topographic, and construction stakeout surveys.Key Responsibilities:<ol><li>Oversee and organize field survey crews and office technicians, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.</li><li>Conduct and prepare boundary surveys, topographic surveys, plats, legal descriptions, and construction stakeout, including calculations and cut sheet preparation.</li><li>Administer contracts and manage project scopes from planning to completion.</li><li>Use advanced survey technology, such as 3D scanning, and be proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D for efficient data processing.</li><li>Perform deed research and gather jurisdictional data as required for various projects.</li></ol>Qualifications:<ol><li>Must hold a Professional Land Surveyor license in Maryland.</li><li>At least 5 years in the surveying industry, with substantial project and team management experience.</li><li>Expertise in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and familiarity with survey field equipment.
