Skills, Experience and Qualifications: At least 5 years (7+ years preferred) of related water resources, environmental science, water quality monitoring, or regulatory compliance experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and review municipal and industrial NPDES permit applications, renewals, and modifications; evaluate permit conditions, regulatory changes, effluent limits, and discharge data; and develop discharge monitoring reports and supporting technical evaluations.
