Utilizes all available means (blueprints, equipment lists, job site inspections, photography, new technology, and technicians) to perform thorough recording (records make, model, type, serial number, size, location, quantity, etc.) in the surveying and collecting of information used to price products and services offered to the customer. 2 years of account management or sales experience in the building services industry (HVAC, Vertical Transportation, Building Security, Restoration, Janitorial, etc.) and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
