Services may include: preventive care, immunizations, primary care and treatment, health education, prescribing of medication, ordering and interpreting lab testing or imaging, order and action referrals based on patient need, physical examinations, screening examinations, family planning, and other services within the scope of training. For over 50 years, we’ve been a leader in the community clinic movement, growing from a small volunteer-driven effort in Vista to a nationally recognized network of state-of-the-art clinics across San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, and Riverside counties.
