nResponsibilities:\n\n Assist in the post-show sorting process of all recycling, composting, and landfill materials\n Be an ambassador to all crew members to help them understand their role in achieving the venue's sustainability goals\n Assist in employee engagement programs such as the water bottle refill punch cards, post-show sort giveaways and new ideas\n Engage fans and encourage them to participate in our sustainability programs through activities or education\n \nQualifications:\n\n Must be 18 or older\n Position requires about 90% of the time spent walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying 50 lbs.+ with about 65% + of that time spent sorting materials\n Must be able to work well with other departments\n Experience in events, zero waste events are a plus\n A positive attitude\n Creative thinker and problem solver\n A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs\n ---------\n \nThe expected compensation for this position is:\n \n$16.00 USD - $18.00 USD Hourly\n \nPay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.\n \nLive Nation Entertainment will never request payment or equipment purchases as part of the hiring process.
