Working closely with the Executive Director, contractors, consultants, partner organizations, tribal and city governments, the Grants Compliance and Capacity Building Manager ensures compliance with grant requirements, assists with proposal development, and provides technical assistance to regional entities seeking to improve their ability to secure, manage, and report on grant funding. Leadership and Project Management: Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple grants, competing priorities, and deadlines; exercise sound judgment; identify and address compliance risks; and coordinate work across departments and with external partners.
