Develop, implement, and manage marketing and outreach to promote sustainability programs/initiatives, events and resources including; emails, flyers, posters, social media and campus outreach tables .

The position offers excellent opportunities for students to improve professional communication skills, gain experience with project management, and engage with campus sustainability via digital outreach, and communications. There will also be opportunities for students to create and implement new sustainability programs/campaigns of their choice. Environmental, Health and Safety Consultants split their time between working in an office and in the field. OSHA 10/30 and OSHA 40 with the ability to wear a respirator and lift up to 50 lbs. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Change, Business, IT, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or IT transformation. • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives. • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci). • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills. • Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments. Preferred Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. • Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP). • Experience with digital transformation, AI enablement, or employee experience platforms. • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments. • Experience in a global or multi-national organization. • Strong data analysis and reporting skills to measure change effectiveness. Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Manage and track the collection of Environmental Project Declarations (EPDs) for construction projects within clients portfolio. </li><li>Manage and track the collection of Construction Waste Management (CWM) Plans and CWM monthly reporting for construction projects within the clients portfolio.</li><li>Communicate among a wide range of groups and individuals involved in a project to ensure EPD and CWM submittals are completed accurately.</li><li>Ensure quality and compliance of EPD and CWM submittals through review and verification processes.</li><li>Consult with Project Managers, Team Leaders, consultant designers and contractors regarding EPD and CWM submittals.</li><li>Provide feedback to supervisor regarding improvements to the EPD and CWM programs.</li><li>Problem solve and troubleshoot process-based challenges and technical issues as needed.</li><li>Represent the Division as a stakeholder in various interagency working groups related to EPDs and CWM, with support from supervisor.</li><li>Keep up to date on industry trends related to embodied carbon and construction waste management and deconstruction.</li><li>Attend conferences and develop relationships with industry leaders.</li><li>Some travel may be required.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
