This role partners closely with the Company's insurance broker, carriers, and internal stakeholders across Legal, Safety/EHS, Operations, and Finance to place and maintain appropriate coverage, manage claims and losses, review contractual insurance requirements, and control the Company's total cost of risk across a nationwide portfolio of modular communities, vehicle fleet, and active construction projects. The Company designs, builds, and operates full turnkey communities — including housing, culinary, facility management, water treatment, and other value-added services — for customers in the government, energy, and, increasingly, large-scale data center and infrastructure construction sectors.
