The ideal candidate has extensive federal project management experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects for agencies such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This role is responsible for managing multiple task orders under Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, overseeing project scope, pricing, scheduling, staffing, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
