Maintain and expand expertise in wood products and manufacturing technologies, including wood and additive properties, supplier relationships, processing characteristics, performance evaluation, identification of alternative materials and technologies, and the development of innovative products, additives, and testing methodologies. As a Senior Wood Chemist/Scientist on the Product Engineering team, you will collaborate with engineers and wood scientists to evaluate, develop, and advance adhesives, waxes, sealers, and other treatment technologies that improve product performance and manufacturability.
