What Drives Success:
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:This HVAC consultant provides moderately complex technical assistance to dealers, contractors and field sales personnel to resolve system issues.Under general supervision, the HVAC Technical Consultant: <ul><li>Provides moderately complex technical assistance to dealers, contractors, and field sales personnel to resolve system issues.</li><li>Provides troubleshooting and installation assistance of HVAC/R equipment. </li><li>Diagnoses issues with refrigeration circuits, components and controls to guide caller to the appropriate resolution. </li><li>Provides technical documentation to internal and external customers.</li><li>Guides caller to the appropriate field personnel if first-hand attention is required. </li><li>Documents all received phone and email inquiries into the database system.</li><li>Identifies and helps implement process improvements.</li></ul>

What We Are Looking For:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent experience required. </li><li>At least 2 years related technical consulting experience. </li><li>Typically requires at least 5 years of experience in the installation and service of HVAC/R equipment.</li><li>Strong knowledge and experience in the installation and service of HVAC/R equipment. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Furnace experience is a strong must.</li><li>Strong customer service skills. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. </li><li>Ability to handle and prioritize multiple technical requests.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with SAP preferred.</li><li>100% on-site</li></ul>

What We Offer:
Compensation: This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).  The starting salary range for this role and market is between $66,000 - $86,100 annually.
