Preferred Qualifications Experience sustaining people, processes, resources, and impact in nonprofit or public-private partnerships Familiarity with sustainability strategies (diversified funding, business planning, impact measurement) Knowledge of community development models such as ABCD Experience with health/social inequities work in marginalized communities Experience with grassroots organizing and faith-based partnerships Strong project management, public speaking, facilitation, and relationship-building expertise Familiarity with grant management systems or reporting Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Collaboration, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving. Team members who demonstrate fluency in both Spanish and English will receive additional pay and be expected to translate small amounts of written text from English to Spanish, especially when working under time constraints (not to exceed 5% of the team member's total weekly time) Technology and Tools Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
