Shall have a minimum two years' experience with environmental procedures on Base Operations Support (BOS) services contracts (or equivalent) of similar size, scope, and complexity- Contract value of $10 million or greater per year, encompassing facility investment/facility management and at least one utilities discipline (electrical, natural gas, wastewater, steam, water, or chiller plant) plus additional base support functions. The Environmental/Energy Manager will oversee environmental compliance and energy management for facility maintenance, utilities management, integrated solid waste management, pest control, and pavement clearance operations under a DoD contract.
