This position will be available at the Chemours Headquarters at 1007 N Market Street in Wilmington, Delaware and report directly to the Global Operations Vice President, APM. This position is eligible for location at an APM manufacturing site as well.This role leads business EHS & Operations Sustainability governance, monitoring leading and lagging indicators, audit findings and recommendations, regulatory reporting, compliance, and developing business-specific plans for continuous improvement, including Corporate Responsibility goals. The successful candidate will partner with site leadership (Plant Managers, EHS resources/teams) - bringing valued advice, coaching and assistance.The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:<ul><li>Provides high quality, felt leadership to all Advanced Performance Materials Operations by intense site engagement, including field & EHS systems auditing.</li><li>Identifies and sometimes leads the execution of opportunities to simplify processes and deliver business value.</li><li>Develops business EH&S strategy and objectives with alignment of business leadership team, sites and Enterprise EHS & Operations Sustainability strategy.</li><li>Ensures appropriate MOC-P for site EHS resources; coaches and mentors site resources, and provides input into the Enterprise EHS talent management process.</li><li>Provides local EHS & Sustainability community support and leadership, including representing/supporting Chemours at community interactions.</li><li>Drives implementation of best practices to the sites - looking for opportunities to streamline, standardize and simplify, both within the business, and where appropriate across the Enterprise.</li><li>Ensures that learnings from incidents across the Enterprise are understood and where appropriate, actions are taken to prevent recurrence.</li><li>Participates as a full member of both the business operations leadership team (OLT) and the EHS Council, transparently moving information back and forth between the two.</li><li>Receives business direction on role from Operations Vice President and functional direction from EHS & Corporate Responsibility Vice Presidents.</li><li>Serves as a full partner and actively participates in sensing for current and future business needs and communicates needs assertively back to the EHS and Business Leadership.</li><li>Business EHS resource & coach to HTM SGCs (Safety Guardian Committees).</li><li>Assists sites with incident investigation, injury, illness and incident classifications, issue resolution, agency interactions, etc.</li></ul>The following is required for this role:<ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Environmental, Health, and Safety or related field.</li><li>10+ years experience in Industrial Manufacturing.</li><li>Personal Leadership: Ability to take initiative, self-manage, identify what is needed and take effective action to bring about change and lead/implement change.</li><li>Implementation: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, achieve results on time and influence/negotiate with others at various levels of the organization.</li><li>Networking/Team Building: Ability to work closely with site teams, facilitate discussions, work effectively with others to address complex tasks, interact with other subject matter experts to maximize results and to receive varied inputs and build alignment.</li><li>Clear Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with written and verbal communication up and down the organization structure.</li><li>Able to travel as needed, up to 30%.</li></ul>The following is preferred for this role:<ul><li>10+ years experience in High Hazard Industrial Chemical Manufacturing.</li><li>Demonstrated business acumen.</li><li>Business Direction: The ability to foresee and anticipate problems and make appropriate adjustments.</li><li>Good to excellent technical background with independent thinking attributes and/or in-depth technical expertise.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive Compensation</li><li>Comprehensive Benefits Packages</li><li>401(k) Match</li><li>Employee Stock Purchase Program</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement</li><li>Commuter Benefits</li><li>Learning and Development Opportunities</li><li>Strong Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives</li><li>Company-paid Volunteer Day</li></ul>Were a different kind of chemistry company because we see our people as our biggest assets. About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and people-centric Principal Change Management Consultant to introduce and lead a change enablement function across 4–5 multi-year, enterprise-wide technology transformations. These include the implementation of an employee AI Center of Excellence, employee experience transformation, and the consolidation/modernization of duplicate employee applications and tools. This role focuses on addressing the human element in the change process, ensuring synchronization with technical aspects to promote seamless transitions. Help employees stay engaged, enhancing productivity and morale.________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Change Strategy & Planning • Define the vision and objectives for each technology initiative. • Assess the impact of IT changes on employees, business stakeholders, and customers. • Develop structured change enablement roadmaps with clear milestones. • Identify key risks and develop mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication • Identify and analyze key stakeholders who will be impacted by the change. • Develop a stakeholder engagement plan to ensure their involvement and support throughout the change process. • Communicate the vision, goals, and benefits of the change to all stakeholders. • Establish open and transparent communication channels to address concerns and provide updates. • Foster a culture of collaboration and inclusivity to ensure stakeholder buy-in and commitment.to address concerns and provide updates. Technology Adoption & Enablement • Design and implement training programs for employees adopting new systems. • Establish support mechanisms (e.g., service desk, user guides, champions). • Monitor adoption rates and refine enablement strategies. • Promote self-service resources to ease transitions. Continuous Improvement & Change Sustainability • Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the change initiatives. • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement. • Use data and feedback to make informed decisions and adjustments to the change management strategy. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and learning. • Ensure that the changes are sustainable and become an integral part of the organization's operations.. • Ensure long-term sustainability of implemented changes. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Change, Business, IT, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or IT transformation. • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives. • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci). • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills. • Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments. Preferred Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. • Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP). • Experience with digital transformation, AI enablement, or employee experience platforms. • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments. • Experience in a global or multi-national organization. • Strong data analysis and reporting skills to measure change effectiveness. The pay range for this position is $129,500 to $186,100. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location.
