To apply, you need to be/have: • Bachelor's/Master's degree in architecture, engineering, environment, sustainability, or related discipline • Engineering/architecture expertise, particularly in design and construction • Proven track record in corporate real estate sustainability • Passionate about sustainability and making a real impact • Experience in influencing partners for shared outcomes • Experience program managing multiple and complex workstreams • Strong organizational skills and capacity to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment • Being able to deal with change quickly and going with the flow in consensus of the wider group • Strong interaction with people and can establish relationships with key stakeholders • Collaborative, hands-on approach, getting involved, leading but also being able to listen to group consensus • Attention to detail and accuracy in written and numeric work • Ability to obtain buy-in and engagement from employees at all levels.
