Duties include daily planning of operation and maintenance activities of a wide variety of utility assets as well as direct oversight of utility daily staffing and contractor functions, routine reporting of general operating conditions and utility asset performance, hydraulic analysis, and preliminary design assists with plan review and construction implementation. Work requires the ability to read and understand technical reports, technical maps and drawings, research papers, local code and ordiances, construction plans and specifications, state statutes and federal laws, correspondences and legal documents, property legal descriptions at a college level.
