In this role, you will support day-to-day network operations by monitoring network health, assisting with incident troubleshooting, maintaining network equipment, supporting software and firmware updates, maintaining documentation, supporting approved changes, and helping validate updates in the local QA environment before they are released to production. Familiarity with enterprise network technologies such as Juniper EX Series switches, Juniper SRX Series firewalls and gateways, Juniper Mist wireless access points, Mist AI, Marvis Virtual Network Assistant, Junos OS, routers, switches, wireless controllers, firewalls, load balancers, WAN circuits, and cloud connectivity.
