The candidate must be able to read and interpret complex 2D engineering drawings and 3D CAD models, including GD&T, tolerance stack-ups, and configuration-controlled baselines, and must be familiar with IPC J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and relevant MIL-SPEC/MIL-STD requirements, MBOMs, parts lists/BOM structures, and configuration management practices. The Senior Mechanical Engineer - Production Support will serve as the primary engineering focal for all production-related technical issues, working closely with Quality Assurance, Procurement, Purchasing, Production and Engineering to ensure smooth, repeatable, and compliant build processes.
