Primary Responsibilities: C4A Engineering Leadership - Provide senior-level management of planning, preparation, research, coordination, and execution of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Assurance (C4A) and engineering-related tasks, delivering expert technical guidance and operational analysis. Project Engineering Leadership - Serve as Project Engineer responsible for developing project plans, coordinating engineering and implementation teams, resolving technical risks, managing schedules, and communicating project status to stakeholders.
