The goal of the clinic manager is to deliver top-decile quality performance for heart failure and arrhythmia clinic outcomes including focus on heart failure and arrhythmia readmissions, core measures and adherence to best practice guidelines, as well as top-decile quality performance for heart failure, atrial fibrillation, inherited arrhythmias, implantable cardiac devices (such as ICD’s; Pacemakers; Loop Recorders) and cardiac ablation outcomes and adherence to best practice guidelines.
