Experience with Formal Qualification Testing, Independent Verification and Validation, third-generation programming languages, Database Management Systems, mission planning, targeting models and simulations, SPALTs, shipboard system integration, safety, IA, HSI working groups, and Change Control Boards. Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline; or four (4) years of demonstrated knowledge base and subject matter expertise relevant to the technical disciplines of the SOW; or U.S. Naval operational experience at the E7 level or higher.
