Job Summary: The Network Administrator will work alongside Customer Service teams and System Administrators on customer networks in support of ScriptPro's pharmacy automation and pharmacy system products. The roles within ScriptPro's Field Operations department involve direct interaction with customers, which provides an unique opportunity to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy" and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers. This DBA II role requires a service oriented mentality, high sense of ownership of the problems and requests assigned, focus on managing and resolving issues in alignment with the SLAs, establishing and maintaining communication with technology customers to keep them updated with status of their requests, initiating and performing changes on production systems and proactively escalating any issues that cannot be resolved within the established timeframes.
