POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Authority’s server, network, and storage infrastructures.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Analyze server, storage, and network performance and recommend improvements.</li><li>Resolve complex system issues for infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and field devices.</li><li>Analyze and modify preventive maintenance checklists for system changes.</li><li>Troubleshoot system performance issues and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance actions including system back-ups and updates.</li><li>Perform server and workstation system set-up and security updates.</li><li>Delivery of new servers and storage and configure new network equipment to include switches, routers, printers, etc.</li><li>Manage the detection, response, mitigation, and reporting of vulnerabilities within the environment.</li><li>Assist IT support to meet service level agreements.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.</li><li>5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role preferred.</li><li>Experience deploying, troubleshooting, and administering Windows Server 2016+</li><li>Experience managing, troubleshooting, and administering VMware 8.0+</li><li>In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and standards (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, etc.).</li><li>Strong knowledge of the principles of cybersecurity, vulnerabilities, and compliance.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Must possess strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, vendors, and subcontractors.</li><li>Ability to quickly self-educate with new products.</li><li>Technical familiarity with the following preferred: Fortinet suite (ForitGate, FortiEDR, FortiEMS), Dell VxRail servers and storage, Office 365, and VOIP systems.</li></ul>SPECIAL CERTIFICATES and LICENSES:Must possess and maintain a current and valid Class C Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Operator’s Driver’s License throughout employment.BACKGROUND CHECK:Successful completion of a background check/motor vehicle report is required.<ins>RESIDENCY:</ins>Each employee of the Authority is required, as a condition of employment, to be a bona fide resident of Allegheny County. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) of IBHS-ABA Services leads clinical quality strategies aimed at meeting clinical benchmarks for quality and productivity, ensuring proper client care is being provided in accordance with program contracts. Participate in Quality Assurance/Improvement Program and assures that program staff are knowledgeable of required QA activities and participates in improvement monitoring specific to clinical performance.

Position Summary:The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) of IBHS-ABA Services leads clinical quality strategies aimed at meeting clinical benchmarks for quality and productivity, ensuring proper client care is being provided in accordance with program contracts. The BCBA provides ongoing clinical staff development and collaborates with the IBHS- ABA Services Administrative/Clinical Director in program planning. Duties generally include establishing clinical practice protocols, case conferencing, and creating and reviewing treatment plans as needed. This position provides both clinical and personnel supervision of the BHT clinical staff. Must have the ability to think globally, solve problems and have good decision-making skills, including critical thinking skills.Qualifications:<ul><li>Be licensed as a behavior specialist.</li><li>Be board certified in behavior analysis from the BACB.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li style="background:#ffffff">Develop comprehensive reports, programs and data systems based on assessment outcomes.</li><li style="background:#ffffff">Ensuring that staff who provide IBHS-ABA are supervised in accordance with the regulatory requirements.</li><li style="background:#ffffff">Maintaining clinical oversight of IBHS-ABA provided.</li><li style="background:#ffffff">Ensuring staff who provide IBHS-ABA have access to supervisory staff during the hours that IBHS-ABA are provided, including evenings and weekends.</li><li style="background:#ffffff">Completing and documenting a clinical record review for quality of the IBHS-ABA provided and compliance with this chapter and documenting the outcomes of the review quarterly.</li><li style="background:#ffffff">Ensuring that training for staff is being provided as required by this chapter. Define, measure, and evaluate program performance data and create continuous improvement plans based on performance data.</li><li>Evaluate staff performance and identify areas of training needed. </li><li>Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to facilitate training and ensure compliance. </li><li style="background:#ffffff">Monitoring the IBHS-ABA agency's compliance with the IBHS/OMHSAS chapter.</li><li>Work in conjunction with the agency's IBHS-ABA Services Administrative and Clinical Director</li><li>Perform managerial audits to ensure quality assurance. </li><li>Work with other members of the management team to assure successful communication and coordination between all ACRP programs and participate in strategic planning. </li><li>Regularly provide clinical training to clinical services staff and interns as needed and appropriate agency-wide</li><li>Recruitment of clinical interns, conduct outreach and maintain working relationships with graduate schools. </li><li style="background:#ffffff">Support all agency licensing and accreditation processes and direct implementation of clinical behavioral health policies and procedures that support this process.</li><li style="background:#ffffff">Participate in Quality Assurance/Improvement Program and assures that program staff are knowledgeable of required QA activities and participates in improvement monitoring specific to clinical performance.</li><li>Additional duties as assigned by the Executive Director.</li></ul>Required Clearances and Documentation:<ul><li>Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation </li><li>Act 31/Act 126 Clearance Mandated Reporter Training </li><li>Act 34 Clearance Pennsylvania State Police Background Check (Criminal History) </li><li>Act 114 Clearance FBI Fingerprint </li><li>Act 33 Clearance Pennsylvania Child Abuse History</li></ul>
