This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, continuous improvement, and strategic evolution of SAP HCM solutions to support business objectives and deliver accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll and workforce management processes. Working closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, external partners, and Korea Headquarters, the analyst leads requirements gathering, solution design, system enhancements, issue resolution, and project implementation activities.
