This role serves as the central control authority ensuring capital discipline, schedule predictability, accurate forecasting, and commercial assurance across all engineering, procurement, and construction (EPCM/EPC) work packages in support of safe, on-time, and within-budget project delivery. The Superintendent, Project Controls is responsible for establishing, leading, and overseeing the total project controls framework-incorporating cost engineering, planning and scheduling, estimating, progress measurement, change management, and risk analysis-for the North Bullfrog Project.
