The position is less focused on broad business analysis and more focused on hands-on SaaS application support, security and role troubleshooting, configuration management, data-load validation, integration support, reporting support, release testing, and controlled movement of changes through non-production and production environments. This role supports day-to-day cloud application stability, resolves production issues, builds and configures system functionality, validates enhancements, promotes approved changes across environments, and supports the technical readiness process for Oracle quarterly releases.
