They have deep experience with high-voltage and high-power conversion hardware, understand power-system controls and electrical-machine interfaces, and can move confidently between simulation, design review, lab validation, manufacturing support, and customer discussions. Working across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and other GE Aerospace organizations, this individual will provide technical direction, resolve complex program challenges, lead technical reviews, and ensure project requirements are met.
