Own and improve high-speed test methods using vector network analyzers, optical power meters, tunable lasers, oscilloscopes, optical spectrum analyzers, stimulus and measuring units, probe stations, and RF/optical probes; support calibration, de-embedding, correlation, measurement repeatability, and uncertainty evaluation. Analyze large characterization datasets using AI, statistical methods to identify trends, outliers, correlations, and sources of variation; troubleshoot hardware, software, and data-quality issues, communicate results in technical reviews, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve test coverage, throughput, and measurement capability.
