ResponsibilitiesServe as a subject matter expert on SONIFI networking solutions and support toolsIndependently diagnose and resolve complex enterprise networking issues with significant customer or service impactLead advanced internal and external escalations in partnership with Engineering, Product, Field Support, OEMs, and partnersPerform advanced diagnostics including log analysis and packet capture review across converged services such as Wi‑Fi, TV, Casting, and IoTPlan, execute, and validate system upgrades and maintenance activities, assessing risk and customer impactProvide on‑site technical leadership during critical incidents when requiredDevelop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge‑sharing resourcesPartner cross‑functionally to align technical solutions with business objectives and customer requirementsMaintain accurate technical documentation in Salesforce and other internal systemsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience supporting enterprise networking environments, with a strong focus on wireless networks in hospitality or multi‑site enterprisesAdvanced knowledge of enterprise networking concepts including L2/L3 switching, WLAN architectures, wireless protocols, gateways, firewalls, TCP/IP, OSI, RADIUS, LDAP, and packet analysisSystem‑level experience with Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, scripting, and AWS preferredProven experience serving as a technical escalation point and exercising independent technical judgmentStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document and explain complex conceptsStrong customer service skills and ability to remain composed under pressureHigh awareness of network security best practicesSelf‑starter, collaborative team player, and customer advocatePreferred certificationsCCNA, CCNP, CWNP, CompTIA Network+ or Security+OEM certifications such as Ruckus, Aruba, Fortinet, or NomadixTogether, we can build your future.
