What you''ll do: Design and release dynamic sealing systems that meet or exceed cost, quality, weight and delivery targets, concurrent engineering and thorough knowledge in DFMEA, DFM, DVP&R, CAE/FEA analytical tools, SCCAF, SC/CC, 8D, root cause analysis, product development and testing (seal gap analysis, door closing effort contribution analysis, wind noise, dust ingress and water management), familiar with gages, fixtures, tooling, TGW reduction and continuous improvement initiatives. In-depth experience in product design, theoretical analytical skills to establish optimized sealing energy and manufacturing processes related to weather seals, extrusion and injection molding.
