The Senior Instructional Designer will translate the Danaher Organization Design Framework, related methodologies, and practitioner knowledge into clear, practical, human-centered learning experiences, Playbook content, tools, and resources that enable HR practitioners to apply Organization Design confidently and consistently in their work. Develop blended, cross-modality learning pathways using appropriate combinations of live learning, self-directed resources, tools, practice, peer learning, coaching, and Office Hours.
