The role owns and defines the technology strategy and project management for infrastructure, cybersecurity, communications platforms, and systems architecture (network, servers, backups, email, internet, telephony) as well as the teams, vendors, and processes needed to sustain a well-performing, integrated technology infrastructure landscape. The role supports approximately 500 employees, 450 senior living residents across our campuses, and 150 remote volunteers, ensuring that technology remains stable, user-centered, cost-effective, and strategically aligned with organizational needs.
