This role focuses on the reliability, security, and scalability of our product monitoring platform ecosystem, encompassing Over-the-Air (OTA) updates, firmware management, outage detection, alerting and automation systems, database infrastructure, and cloud services. Design, build, and maintain enhancements across our machine learning pipeline orchestration, predictive analytics, and device management platforms to keep telemetry, prediction, and control workflows reliable at scale.
