This contractor will partner directly with HR, Payroll, Talent, Technology, and regional stakeholders across Europe and APAC to understand current-state processes, identify country-specific requirements, and translate business needs into configuration-ready requirements for Workday product consultants and technical teams. Instead, the Functional Lead will facilitate requirements workshops, document process and policy decisions, manage country-specific deltas, and ensure requirements are translated into clear functional specifications that can be executed by Workday configuration analysts, integration developers, and testing teams.
