You will help design and integrate new audio and video equipment, qualify hardware and software, support cabling and wiring, troubleshoot system issues, and work with third-party vendors when problems cross into their territory. You will also create and maintain the documentation that keeps these systems supportable, including drawings, parts lists, cable schedules, configuration details, user guides, install guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
