Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint,), various web conferencing tools (Teams, WebEx), and various web browsers (Edge, Chrome).Exposure to or skills with any of the following: NIST SP 800-53, Networking, Server Operations or one of the LM Cybersecurity technical systems (Splunk, CrowdStrike, Cisco FirePower, etc.).Experience with Palo Alto Network and Cisco Firewalls. Will typically actively participate in IT Project Management, IT Governance, and IT Operations department meetings to provide status updates, presenting planned configuration changes, assisting in root cause analysis and associated issue resolution, etc.
