Responsible for designing, implementing, and remedying complex technology solutions in two or more of the following "subject matter expert" areas: REQUIRED: Cloud Technology: Provides project design + implementation tasks, including migrations to, and high-level troubleshooting for, public, private, and hybrid cloud infrastructure, including Azure, AWS, Microsoft365. Acts as a presales consult to help a client identify appropriate solutions, determine project scope, tasks, and budget requirements for Professional Services engagements, interfacing directly with sales team members as well as clients/prospects to understand existing environments, client goals/business objectives, and outline a solution.
