The role uses approved curriculum, adult-learning principles, and current diagnostic and repair knowledge to build technical capability, improve repair quality, reduce comebacks and parts returns, and support the value of NAPA parts, tools, equipment, and programs. Facilitate instructor-led training in classroom, shop, customer, distribution center, training-center, and event settings; delivery may include daytime, evening, multi-day, and occasional weekend programs.
