Serve as the technical and functional lead for Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Work & Asset Cloud Service (WACS) solutions, ensuring project delivery, capital planning, and asset lifecycle management capabilities align with Delta Utilities’ operational, financial, and regulatory objectives. This role owns end-to-end solution architecture, integrations, and roadmap delivery across Oracle Cloud (PPM/WACS), Azure, and enterprise platforms to support capital programs, field operations, and asset reliability.

Serve as the technical and strategic lead for our Oracle PPM and WACS Cloud platforms, ensuring that Engineering and Operations people-process capabilities support Delta Utilities’ growth and regulatory obligations across Louisiana and Mississippi. The role owns end-to-end solution architecture, integrations, and road-mapping for PPM / WACS capabilities running in Oracle SaaS, Azure, and M365.ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS<ul><li>Define and maintain the multi-year architecture roadmap for Oracle PPM and WACS aligned to capital planning, asset management, and regulatory compliance needs.</li><li>Design scalable and secure integrations between Oracle PPM, WACS, Oracle ERP, Azure services, GIS, and other operational systems.</li><li>Lead solution design for capital project planning, budgeting, forecasting (PPM), and work management and asset maintenance (WACS).</li><li>Conduct fit-gap analysis and solution design for enhancements and releases.</li><li>Establish integration patterns using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and event-driven architecture.</li><li>Define data models and governance for project, asset, and work order data.</li><li>Partner with Engineering, and Operations stakeholders.</li><li>Provide architectural governance for vendors and system integrators.</li><li>Ensure compliance with SOX and utility regulatory requirements.</li><li>Mentor teams on best practices.</li><li>Guide fit-gap analysis, data-conversion, testing strategy, and cut-over for major releases and new modules.</li><li>Establish reference architectures, design standards, and integration patterns for APIs, event hubs, and identity federation.</li><li>Partner with Engineering and Operations leadership to translate requirements into solution blueprints and backlog items. </li><li>Provide technical governance for system integrators and MSPs, review design documents and code for adherence to Delta Utilities standards. </li><li>Mentor functional analysts and developers on PPM / WACS best practices. </li><li>Define multi-year PPM / WACS architecture and release roadmap aligned to business objectives.</li><li>Design integrations between Oracle PPM / WACS, Azure services, M365 (Power Platform, Teams). </li></ul>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSMinimum education required of the position<ul><li>Bachelors in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or 8 + years of directly relevant experience in lieu of degree.</li></ul>Minimum experience required of the position<ul><li>8 + years of IT experience with at least 3 years as a solution/enterprise architect</li><li>3 + years architecting Oracle CCS or comparable CIS/CRM plus Genesys or similar contact-center platforms.</li><li>Experience with Oracle PPM and WACS.</li><li>Led at least one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation.</li><li>8 + years of IT experience with at least 3 years as a solution/enterprise architect on Oracle PPM / WACS </li></ul>Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities preferred of the position<ul><li>Strong expertise in project costing, capitalization, and budgeting (PPM).</li><li>Experience with asset lifecycle and maintenance processes (WACS/EAM).</li><li>Integration experience with Oracle Financials, Supply Chain, and GIS systems.</li><li>Expertise in OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and Azure services.</li><li>Understanding of utility operations and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.</li><li>Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Financials, Supply Chain, and HCM modules.</li><li>Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP services, and Azure Logic Apps/API Management.</li><li>Familiarity with SOX controls, TSA Pipeline Security guidelines, and utility industry regulatory requirements.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder-alignment skills.</li></ul>Any certificates, licenses, etc. required for the position<ul><li>Preferred:<ul><li>Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Professional (OCI)</li><li>Oracle PPM / WACS Cloud Certification</li><li>Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert</li></ul></li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Able to operate a personal computer, either desktop or laptop. </li><li>Able to sit for extended periods of time. </li><li>Able to operate a copy machine, fax machine, calculator, telephone and other miscellaneous office equipment. </li><li>Able to exert up to 10 Lbs. of force occasionally, and /or a minimal amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push or otherwise move objects.</li></ul>Working ConditionsThe Physical Demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the Accountabilities and Essential functions of the job. The Operations Technology Security Engineer partners directly with Operations Technology (OT) teams to ensure operational systems and devices are securely configured, monitored, and accessed.

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE The Operations Technology Security Engineer partners directly with Operations Technology (OT) teams to ensure operational systems and devices are securely configured, monitored, and accessed. This role focuses on protecting SCADA, control systems, field devices, and supporting OT infrastructure while enabling safe, reliable utility operations. The engineer will bridge IT security practices with OT realities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES  <ul><li>Partner with OT teams to assess, design, and implement security controls for OT environments. </li><li>Define secure configuration standards for OT devices, servers, and supporting infrastructure. </li><li>Support secure remote and local access to OT systems, including role-based and least-privilege access models. </li><li>Own and administer OT-specific security platforms (e.g., Dragos, Claroty, Nozomi) </li><li>Conduct OT security risk assessments, vulnerability reviews, and remediation planning. </li><li>Collaborate with network teams on segmentation and secure IT/OT convergence. </li><li>Support incident response activities involving OT systems and coordinate with external specialists as needed. </li><li>Ensure alignment with TSA Pipeline Security Guidelines/Directives, NIST, and ISA/IEC 62443 frameworks. </li><li>Assist with vendor and integrator security reviews for OT solutions. </li><li>Develop OT security standards, procedures, and documentation.</li><li>Participate in audits, tabletop exercises, and regulatory assessments.</li><li>Coordinate disaster recovery and operational continuity planning for OT systems and networks.
