Working closely with clients, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams, you'll drive successful project delivery from planning and design through construction, turnover, and closeout while maintaining alignment with project goals, schedules, budgets, and governance requirements. As the Program Manager, Deputy Director for our client's Residential Construction Department (RCD), you'll lead the planning and delivery of large-scale residential development and housing revitalization programs across Florida, helping create safe, sustainable, and thriving communities.
