Working closely with Learning & Development team members, business leaders, subject matter experts, and external partners, this individual will identify learning needs, recommend scalable solutions, and lead digital learning initiatives from concept through implementation and evaluation. This role oversees the learning technology landscape, including the Learning Management System (LMS), e-learning development and instructional design, digital content strategy, vendor partnerships, learning analytics, reporting, and the evaluation of emerging technologies.
