This role integrates talent management (succession, performance, career paths) with professional development/L&D (leadership development, skills academies, certifications) to strengthen engagement, retention, and bench strength across all leadership tiers and teams. Oversight and delivery of tiered programs for emerging leaders, leadership development, high level leader (AVP, VP, SVP) development, to include executive coaching aligned to engagement rhythm as determined by SVP,HR and outside consultant.
