Serve as an ambassador for the USA SVD businesses by representing the organization at career fairs, university recruiting events, industry conferences, community events, STEM initiatives, workforce development programs, and networking opportunities to strengthen employer brand awareness. Collaborate with HR teams, business leaders, educational institutions, staffing partners, and external organizations to support workforce planning, succession planning, internship programs, leadership development initiatives, and organizational growth.
