The Wealth Solutions and Private Bank Training, Onboarding and Development Vice President will lead the design, delivery, and continuous enhancement of onboarding, training, and development across the Wealth Solutions and Private Bank platform, including Private Bank, Private Family Office, Goldman Sachs Family Office, Goldman Sachs Trust Company, Wealth Strategy, Capital Markets, Managed Strategies, Equity Structuring, Alternative Capital Markets and related specialist businesses. The role requires a commercially minded learning leader who can translate complex, fast-evolving businesses, tools and workflows into practical training pathways, while using peer analysis and market benchmarking to ensure the Wealth Solutions and Private Bank learning model remains differentiated, scalable and execution-oriented.
