Serving as a key advisor to the CFO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors, the role partners with business leaders, external financial institutions, tax authorities, advisors, and cross-functional teams to align financial strategy, tax governance, and capital priorities with CONMED's enterprise objectives and long-term value creation. This role provides strategic financial leadership across planning, forecasting, liquidity, capital structure, capital allocation, financial risk management, tax strategy, compliance, reporting, and enterprise performance reporting.
