Key Responsibilities: * Lead development of project plans with focus on execution, cost, and schedule * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Development, Land, Environmental, Legal, Regulatory, Procurement (ISC), Engineering, and Operations * Manage integration across scope, schedule, and budget * Prepare RFP packages to competitively source engineering, survey, geotechnical, LiDAR, and construction services * Support Estimating with detailed scope and assumptions for financial models * Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies * Provide progress, issue, and risk updates to management Qualifications: * Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management * Experience 2 years to 5 years * Experience managing projects >$100MM * Strong project management.
