Reporting to the Principal or administrative designee, the Resource Specialist Teacher designs and delivers individualized instruction for students by assessing academic, social-emotional, and transition needs and using data to guide instruction, behavior supports, and IEP goals. Partner closely with teams to design inclusive instructional practices that maximize student access to the general education curriculum through push-in, pull-out, and consultation models, as determined by each student's IEP.
